During it’s pre-opening phase, the BahaMar identified a need to create a single resource for team members to obtain information. The goal was to ensure their team members were well informed and provided consistent information to their guests at a moments notice.
HOW WE HELPED
Integrated Experiences worked with the stakeholders from the resort’s three hotels, over twenty restaurants, multiple nightlife and entertainment venues as well as the collective property marketing and IT teams to develop an intranet site using MS SharePoint. With a focus on ease of use and assurance that information would remain relevant and accurate, Integrated Experiences ensured the site was complete and ready for launch. Before concluding the project, Integrated Experiences trained staff members on the site's long term maintenance and best practices for keeping information consistent with the operations.
